“We were absolutely delighted with the service from jumblebee, from start to finish.  This was the first time that we had hosted a silent auction at our gala but Nikki and Charles made everything very straightforward. Setting up the site could not have been easier and the jumblebee team were always on hand to answer questions and advise us.

Our guests loved the inclusion of the silent auction, both online and on the night of our gala, and it really contributed to the great atmosphere of the event. We were thrilled to raise an amazing £30,000 towards the work of the  Orchestra and we will definitely be including a silent auction, and jumblebee, at our galas from now.  I would not hesitate to recommend them”.  Catherine Faulkner, London Philharmonic Orchestra

“ I was very daunted at the prospect of running an online auction. I assumed it would be incredibly complicated, but I was wrong. Using the Jumblebee auction site has been a pleasure. Our auction for The School Bus Project was easy to set up with very clear instructions and a layout which guided me step by step.

All my emails were answered speedily, and I was even given helpful suggestions! The auction layout looked really professional and worked smoothly over multiple devices (I talked to lots of people bidding on their phones!) It was easy to share individual lots on social media, which really helped us to advertise our auction. As administrator I found it simple to oversee, and found the whole experience quite exciting. I was delighted to see the total clocking up to over £12,000!”  Emily Gravett, Lifeboat

We used jumblebee for the first time for our fundraising Ball and Nikki was an absolute star from beginning to end. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with! The silent auction created a great buzz in the run up to the event, as well as a frenzy of bidding activity on the night. Guests found it extremely easy to register and bid. The amount of money we raised made a huge difference to the total amount raised overall. It was a great new experience and certainly worth it.  The whole process leading up to the event was very straightforward and the auction site was easy to use. The evening was a huge success and jumblebee was a big part of that.

jumblebee worked with Winchester College and the Parents’ Events Committee on the 2015 online auction, which culminated in a silent auction at the Winchester Summer Party.  This was first time we have used a silent auction to raise funds and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, or indeed recommend them to anyone else. The whole process leading up to the event was very straightforward, the auction site was easy to use and jumblebee were extremely flexible in adapting their site to suit our needs. The event went smoothly, the guests enjoyed the bidding process using the tablets and much money was spent!

jumblebee were professional, approachable and amenable and nothing was too much trouble.’

“We’re really glad we’ve joined jumblebee. Parents raise money for the school without having to spend any extra money themselves. The software is free and it is completely free to join. It gives a community some fantastic tools to exchange information with each other, sell tickets to events easily without putting extra pressure on school’s office and finding out what’s going on in the local area. Any additional advertising we’ve earned through parents, who run their own businesses, been a fantastic boost. For us it’s more than a fundraising tool”. Ayala Gordon Harestock School

“jumblebee has given us a great way to raise funds and build community just at a time when we were looking for easier ways to fundraise. We love the way it promotes encourages recycling and supports local parent businesses, and we’re hoping to get the children involved in using it too”. Siobhan Calthorp, St Peters Primary School, St Albans

“Well what a roaring success! Saturday night was fantastic fun and the auction generated lots of interest on the night. We had it set up on a big screen so people could see what was happening and everyone kept bidding via their phones. We raised over £7,000 on there alone so we are delighted”. Sarah Laffey, Nottsborough FC, Tolworth
