Tickets are £10 each.
This epic experience day will include:
- Tour of CAE’s state of the art training facility in Burgess Hill, West Sussex
- Pre-flight briefing with qualified Falcon 6X Instructor
- Two-hour flying experience on the £10M Dassault Falcon 6X full-flight simulator
- Late afternoon lunch for you and up to three guests at local venue
- The prize winner and their party will be hosted between 1000 and 1600 on Saturday 3 May at CAE’s Burgess Hill training facility.
A maximum of three people plus the instructor can be seated in the simulator at a time. If your party is four people, there will be the opportunity to swap in and enter the simulator over the course of the day.
100% of funds generated through the Prize Draw ticket sales will go to the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, registered charity in England and Wales (1081009) and in Scotland (SC038109) to support its vital welfare provision for the whole RAF Family in need.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Prize Draw is run by the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund (Registered
charity in England and Wales (1081009) and in Scotland (SC038109)).
2. The Prize Draw will run between 0900 on Tuesday 1 April and 1700 on
Tuesday 29 April.
3. The simulator experience day has been generously donated to the Royal
Air Force Benevolent Fund by CAE Inc.
4. The simulator experience day will take place on Saturday 3 May between
1000 and 1600 at CAE’s Burgess Hill (West Sussex) site. Please note:
there is no alternative date or cash alternative.
5. The minimum age for entries and undertaking the experience is 14 years
of age.
6. You may purchase as many tickets as you would like and the ticket price
stands at £10 each, regardless of how many entries are purchased. Please
participate in a responsible way and bear in mind your personal means.
7. The closing date for free postal entries is 1700 on Friday 25 April. Please
note, the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund takes no responsibility for
postal entries not received by this date.
8. When purchasing your ticket, you will be required to provide your full
name, email address and phone number and payment card details. These
are necessary to process your payment, and your name, email address
and phone number so that the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund can
contact the winner.
9. When purchasing your ticket, you will have the option to select whether
you are happy to hear more about the Fund’s work and activities. Only
those who opt in will receive future correspondence from us.
10. The Prize Draw winner may invite a maximum of three guests to join them
for the day.
11. The Prize Draw winner and their party must cover their own costs of
getting to/from the CAE Burgess Hill Burgess Hill site on the day. Travel
and accommodation costs are not included in the Prize Draw.
12. The winner and their party will be required to provide photo ID and car
registration to sign in at CAE reception, after which you will be escorted at
all times.
13. The Prize Draw winner will be drawn by the Royal Air Force Benevolent
Fund at 1400 on Wednesday 30 April using a random ticket number generator. The winner will receive a phone call and/or email confirming they have won the simulator experience.
14. Winners and guests should be willing to be involved in the social media
promotion of the simulator experience.
15. We recommend that the winner and their guests can easily manoeuvre in and out of the simulator e.g. climb a few steps, move with ease around instruments, and seat themselves in the flight deck which is a relatively compact space.
16. If you have any queries about the Prize Draw, please send an email to
