A bid on an auction item is considered a commitment to purchase the item.
If you have won an auction item, you will be informed after the auction close. Payment for each auction item must be made in full before the item is released.

Prize Collection & Delivery
Guests are responsible for arranging the collection of any auction or raffle prizes. If a prize is not collected on the night, the guest agrees to cover the cost of delivery to their preferred address.
Prize Liability
Leukaemia UK is not liable for:
- Accidents or Injuries: Any accident, injury, or health-related issue that may occur during or after the use of a prize, including those involving travel, activities, or experiences.
- Availability or Fulfilment: Any issues related to the availability, scheduling, or fulfilment of prizes, particularly those involving third-party providers.
- Expiry or Validity: Prizes that are subject to expiration dates or limited availability. It is the recipient’s responsibility to redeem the prize within the stated timeframe.
Travel & Accommodation: Any costs, delays, or complications related to travel, accommodation, or other logistics associated with redeeming a prize.
- Substitutions or Changes: Any substitutions, alterations, or cancellations made by third-party providers after the prize has been awarded.
- Loss or Damage: Loss, theft, or damage of physical prizes after collection or
