Come and tell the tale, through yoga poses, of The Mountain Story set in an exotic land where plants, animals and people all live in harmony. What happens when the villagers grow greedy and stop looking after their beautiful mountain? Will they learn that by caring for each other they can create a happier place to live?
The yoga session will be followed by an arts workshop to create & take home a piece of art work that has been inspired by The Mountain Story.
The YOGART session will last for 1hr 45 mins, suitable for children aged 6-11 years.
