#1 Peri Peri chicken livers

#2 Butternut soup



#3 Bobotie - curried mince Cape Malayan style, with savoury egg custard topping, served with yellow rice, peas and tomatoes

#4 Chicken a la king - chicken in white sauce with mushrooms and peppers, served with rice and peas

#5 Vegetable biryani - selection of vegetables and basmati rice with curry spices

#6 Fish pie - creamy cod pie with mash topping served with peas



#7 Malva pudding served with custard - Malva pudding is a sweet pudding of South African origin. It contains apricot jam and has a spongy caramelized texture.

#8 Brandy tart served with custard - similar to sticky toffee pud, instead of toffee sauce it is soaked in brandy sauce, with dates.
