Every year, St Nicholas Church hold its Christmas Fayre. Not only is the fayre a much-loved event in the village diary but it is the major fundraiser for the Church. We are pleased to be able to hold a Fayre this year on 6^th December but will also be running an online Christmas Raffle. 

We have a selection of fabulous festive hampers for you to win including a Luxury Hamper, a Beer & Bites Hamper, a Children’s Hamper, a  Gardeners hamper and a selection of other prizes.

Tickets are now on sale and are priced at £1 each.  You can pay online via Debit Card.

The raffle will be drawn on Saturday 6th December 2025, at 2.45pm, at the end of the Christmas Fayre that is being held at Hurst Village Halls.  Physical paper raffle tickets will also be sold at the event, and these will be entered into the draw together with the entries from the online raffle. Winners will chosen at random from all valid entries. Winners of the hampers will be notified that afternoon by telephone. 

Online ticket sales will close at 10pm on Thursday 4^th December.

Entries for the draw can be submitted for free, by sending your name, address and contact number to St Nicholas Church, Church Hill, Hurst, Berkshire RG10 0SJ.  The last date for postal entries to be received is 5pm on Thursday, 4^th December 2025 when they will be entered into the draw.
