After two very successful workshops in Stockholm, YoMiSt (Yoga, Mindfulness and Storytelling) is now getting ready for London! You can take a look at our venue here. We will be creating an invigorating day for women where together we will take care of ourselves, our mind, body and soul. You do not need to have any previous yoga or other knowledge, and for more experienced people there will be options to adjust the exercises accordingly to your skill.
