About Bonita Delaney:  

Bonita Delaney released her debut album, Folded Heart at a sold out launch in St Pancras Old Church. 

Since then she has performed with her band at The Bedford, Camden Club, Camden Assembly, Staggs Head, 93 Feet East and the O2 Islington. 

Her journey as an independent artist started when she was singing at the largest 70s/80s festival, Rewind North with artists such as ABC, Katrina & the Waves, Chesney Hawkes, Belinda Carlisle, Heather Small, John Parr and many more. Many people asked Bonita if she had her own music so she decided to release a cover of Kirsty MacColl's hit 'They Don't Know' which was played on BBC Cambridgeshire and Bonita was  invited to come and sing two original songs live. 

Her debut single, 'Thinking of You' was played on BBC Essex and she then went on to release her debut album, Folded Heart’. 

Bonita was recently chosen out of 600 bands to perform at Deva Fest in Cheshire supporting The Human League. 

Her recently released live EP, Live at Metropolis Studios, London was also filmed live and is available on all streaming platforms and to watch on Bonita’s YouTube channel.

Bonita released her first dance single, ‘Forever’ which was released on Groove Technicians Records. 

Bonita’s single, ‘We Can Light The World’ reached number 12 in the UK Pop Club Chart.

Bonita is excited to be releasing her first ever Dance EP and to share it with you all at her launch party on March 7th 2026 at The Old Church, Stoke Newington. 

Venue Details: 

The Old Church is an arts venue in the heart of Stoke Newington, and the only surviving Elizabethan church in London.

A 15-20 min walk from Rectory Road, Stoke Newington & Finsbury Park stations, and served by multiple bus routes

There will be an in-house bar offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments.
