Olivia Horne is a Happiness Coach, Meditation Mentor, Relax Kids Coach and local Chiswick Mum of two. Olivia will deliver an informative and practical workshop on family mindfulness: how to boost the kids' calm, confidence and concentration, how to ease their stress, anger and anxiety, and crucially how to feel more calm and present in your own busy lives. You will leave with a host of quick and easy tools to support the whole family towards a greater sense of everyday emotional wellbeing.
