Different Strokes promotes independent stroke recovery, so younger stroke survivors can reclaim their lives. Different Strokes is run by younger stroke survivors for younger stroke survivors. We have personal experience of the realities of life after stroke.
We recognise that the Different Strokes community of younger stroke survivors and family members are the experts in stroke recovery and rehabilitation with first-hand knowledge of the issues and challenges facing families after stroke."

You are bidding for 6 bottles of red wine -2004/5 our Rotary Club decided to seek the help of our Twin Club of Libourne and St Emilion, and use their expertise to select a good French wine for us to bring into the Country sell to the Rotary Members in our District 1200, to raise our contribution to the then President's chosen Charity - The Childrens' Hospice South West. We had great success, and were able to donate over £5000. The wine we chose came very highly recommended, but had to be laid down for at least five years. The President at the time held onto a couple of cases, one of which you can see in the photograph It comes from the Fronsac region of the Bordeaux Area, which is situated a few minutes drive from the Pomerol and St-Emilion region. It is a little past it's best, but still drinks well
