Dancers' training time is tight, and parents commute all over the country to take dancers to various classes. But are they being held back by physical limitations or weaknesses that will delay their progress?

My time as physiotherapist at the Royal Ballet School has taught me the physical attributes it takes to get into the school. I enjoy not only rehabilitating dance injuries, but also finding those areas of the body that are too tight, too weak, or too unstable to progress well through ballet training.

I offer one to one sessions - either stand alone sessions or as part of a Personalised Programme, and either online or in person. I also run holiday classes - and what better way to keep up with the physical demands of dance than with family-friendly online Christmas Classes for strengthening and flexibility work?
