Countryside Race Day 2025 in aid of The Injured Jockeys Fund & The Countryside Alliance

The Countryside Race Day is an annual fundraising event held at Cheltenham Racecourse in aid of The Countryside Alliance and a partner Charity.

This year The Injured Jockeys Fund have been invited to be the partner.  The Injured Jockeys Fund is a specialist independent UK charity which give support to jockeys past or present who are injured, unable to ride or are generally in need, including any spouse, partner, child or dependents. The IJF also works closely with racing authorities and other organisations on many initiatives such as funding on course physios and medical services, and research into improved riding protection equipment for jockeys. Funds raised at this year’s event will help support annual running costs of c6 million.

Your support will also ensure the Countryside Alliance can continue to campaign for all countryside activities and protect the rural way of life. It also enables The Countryside Alliance Foundation to fund educational resources, commission research initiatives and promote projects. Without the dedicated and generous nature of members and supporters the Alliance would not be able to continue the vital political, media and campaigning work that it does so effectively.

Thankyou for your support
