Auction for IAPWA (International Aid for the Protection and Welfare of Animals)
Stray dogs in Romania face some of the toughest conditions and suffer unthinkable cruelty and brutality. In order to address this problem effectively a multi-faceted approach is needed with rescue, medical treatment, international relocation and re-homing, community relations and outreach as well as a whole host of other elements all playing a crucial role. Perhaps most importantly, with a view to achieving a sustainable, long-term solution and ultimately an end to this situation, it is necessary to address the problem right at its source with a sustained spay & neuter campaign. The purpose of this auction is to add to the funds already raised by Dan & Annie's challenge to provide IAPWA with a mobile veterinary vehicle.
