Paul Stafford - Artist, cook and charity innovator will be embarking on a new project to support ‘FareShare’ - Marcus Rashford's preferred charity providing meals for those children in lockdown who find access to nutritional and healthy foods difficult.

During the previous lockdown Paul, alongside other Artists and Gallery owners raised over £18K for the charity ‘Meals for the NHS’ to provide high end meals for frontline NHS staff by auctioning artworks donated by gifted and altruistic artists. The auction was a great success both in raising much needed funds but also in supporting artists mental health providing a vehicle both for inspiration and artwork production.
During the current lockdown Paul will use the front page of ‘The Daily Mail’ each day and paint a piece of artwork directly into the headline front page inspired by daily events in his life and the lives of those around him. 

Paul will become ‘The Daily Male’ transporting you into his unusual and unique world.

He will produce 28 original works, one each day, he will post his oeuvres on all social media platforms each day every day. 
All the works will be acrylic on newspaper, each one signed by Paul and each with his own individual ‘thumbprint’ bearing his DNA a method he always uses to authenticate his work.

The auction will open the day after lockdown on Thursday the 3rd of December and end at 7.00pm on Sunday the 13th of December.
Paul will donate 50% of all profits directly to ‘FareShare’ to help them feed those who aren’t able through whatever circumstance to feed themselves.

Winning bidders will receive:-
  1. A unique, original signed Paul Stafford artwork sent by registered post to any UK or European address free of charge others worldwide will be quoted a price for shipment additional to the purchase price.
  2. A signed and dated certificate of authentification.
  3. short digital movie of Paul painting your artwork, the movie is compatible with all social media platforms, you are welcome to use it on any platform you wish, Paul Stafford retains copyright.

Paul is represented in the UK by ‘Gallery-Different’, Percy Street, London, where his archive of work can be viewed and purchased. Paul has previously been selected to represent the UK in prestigious exhibitions New York, Boston and Germany, he has exhibited his work around the world and has artworks in many private and public institutions see www.paulstaffordarts.com 

Paul graduated from ‘The Slade School - London' as the years most promising student and was awarded the prestigious ‘Boise travelling scholarship’, along with 'The Stanley Picker Fellowship in sculpture', and numerous BA artist travel awards, he continues to work in his studios in London and the South of France.

Paul is an Honorary Fellow of Kingston University in recogniton of his contribution to UK Art and Design.
Paul is an elected member of the 'The Royal Society of Sculptors' in recognition of his contribution to British sculpture.

When bidding on an auction item, if you enter more than the minimum increment for an item then your bid will be used for proxy bidding. This is how it works:
1. You enter the absolute maximum that you are willing to bid for an item.
2. jumblebee places a bid on your behalf, using the minimum amount required to make you the highest bidder, i.e. current bid price plus bid increment OR the reserve price, if there is one and it can be covered by your proxy bid.
3. jumblebee continues to bid on your behalf, whenever you are outbid by another member's bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded or the auction is won.
4. jumblebee will notify you by email if your maximum bid is outbid by another member and provided the auction is still running, you will then have a chance to enter a new maximum bid if you wish.
For example:
The current bid on an auction item is £100. The minimum increment is £10. You enter a bid of £150 (your maximum bid).
Using your bid, but increasing only by the minimum increment, jumblebee sets the current bid to £110.
Another person bids £130 but they are immediately outbid by jumblebee bidding on your behalf and the current bid goes up to £140.
The auction finishes and you have won the auction item at a price of £140.
