Emily Bowyer is a British artist who grew up near Brighton, known for her street-inspired approach to contemporary art. She brings her painted objects to life with vibrant colors, expressive patterns, and dynamic textures, ensuring each piece makes a bold statement.

Since becoming a mother, Emily’s work has been deeply inspired by her love for her children. She has dedicated much of her recent art to painting children and hearts, reflecting her passion for love in all its forms. Before this shift, she explored abstract art and animals in her work. Her paintings frequently depict a girl and a boy, a tribute to her own children and the deep connection she feels as a mother.

At the heart of Emily’s art is a simple yet powerful theme—LOVE.

Ali Haynes has always had a passion for painting – it’s what makes her tick. As a child it concentrated her mind, allowing her to depict the beauty in everyday life. Art College was the only way she wanted to go forward and as the 00’s hit she was accepted onto the Fine Art course at Plymouth College of Art and Design. From there, she went on to study Illustration at Swindon College of Art and Design. After college despite some sales to friends and family, Ali took work in order to pay the rent, accepting that art was just to be a hobby.

All that has changed now life is on more of an even keel, Ali has found the time to dig out her brushes after the chaos of the pandemic subsided and, after whiling away an afternoon or two with oil paint, she has reignited her passion for painting. Working mostly with oils or acrylic paint she likes nothing better than to depict the beauty in everyday life, taking inspiration from the surrounding town and countryside we live in.

In January 2022 after a very successful exhibition with the local Peacock arts trail, Ali decided to take the plunge and set up The Corsham Gallery with the help and support of her business partner Joanne Spencer and resident artists.
