The chance to spend up to a week on the Black Isle, just north of Inverness in Scotland. Accommodation is a self-contained annexe, which is part of Wiz’s home in Avoch (pronounced “Och”) Mountains, Loch’s, Beaches, Wildlife and an abundance of Golf Courses are within close proximity and beautiful walks from the doorstep. You can experience Scotland’s culture in nearby Inverness, which is only 20min away (Inverness Airport is 30mins). Whilst on your stay, you can visit Chanonry Point (5 mins away), a regular feeding spot for the famous dolphins, who have featured on numerous wildlife programmes. It’s also the location of Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf Club (15th Oldest in the World), where, if golf is your thing, you can play a FREE Round (accompanied by Wiz & husband Andy). Other top courses in the local area include; Dornoch, Tain, Golspie, Brora, Nairn & Castle Stuart (Cabot).
For lovers of a different outdoors, Loch Ness is not too far, as is Ben Wyvis (the nearest Munro Mountain). The Cairngorms are a short journey as are the stunning beaches of the Moray Coast. The beautiful West Coast of Scotland and its famous islands can be accessed in 1-2 hours. The capital of the Highlands, Inverness, has a good selection of restaurants & bars, many of whom, host traditional music nights and of course the chance to sample the produce of the numerous gin & whisky distilleries dotted around the Highlands.
In terms of the accommodation – the annexe has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and lounge (with sofa bed). The annexe is part of Wiz’s home, but has a separate entrance and you will have access to the garden space.

This auction is for a full day on the ‘Stick with Dudsey’ GK camp @ Old Sils Hockey Club, B93 9LW. There are various dates throughout the year (TBC) on Wednesday evenings (6-9pm) / Sunday (10-2pm).
