Make your bids for some fantastic prizes to support Woking & Sam Beare Hospice in delivering exceptional care to patients and their families over this Christmas period. As a charity we are heavily reliant on voluntary funding and due to the current pandemic we need your support more now than ever to enable us to continue to deliver care to our community.
The auction closes on 29th November at 9pm so please ensure you get your bids in and keep tracking the lots before it comes to an end.
Winning bidders will be encouraged to collect their prizes from the hospice in Goldsworth Park, Woking if possible. Otherwise a delivery will be arranged with the fees being charged to the winning bidder.
In addition to the auction prizes we are also giving everyone the opportunity to also make a donation however large or small it really will make a difference. All donations will help support our nurses in delivering care both on the ward and into the community over the Christmas period.

Lando Norris is a Belgian-British racing driver, currently competing in Formula One with McLaren, racing under the British flag. He won the MSA Formula championship in 2015, and the Toyota Racing Series, Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup in 2016.
Carlos Sainz is a Spanish racing driver currently racing in Formula One for McLaren, racing under the Spanish flag. He is the son of double World Rally Champion Carlos Sainz and also the nephew of rally driver Antonio Sainz. In 2012 Sainz raced in the British and European Formula 3 championships for Carlin. You will be invited to take part in the inflation and deflation of the balloon, and to pack it away - it's all part of the fun but not obligatory!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that the first £200 of the winning bid will cover the discounted supply cost of this prize and will be paid on to Virgin Balloon Flights by the hospice once the winning bid is received in full. All funds raised from the winning bid beyond that initial £200 go directly towards our free end-of-life care provision.
This voucher is for two people. The voucher is valid until 1/12/21. You will travel in a balloon with up to 16 other people.
You can fly on any available slot and from any location offered by Virgin between March and October (the UK ballooning season) - there are slots available every day during the morning and afternoon. Please note balloon flights are weather-dependant and Virgin may have to rearrange your flight. If your voucher is within 6 months expiring when your flight has to be rearranged the voucher will be extended by a further 6 months.
You are responsible for organising and funding your own travel to and from your flight site.
To fly you must be:
- A minimum of 4 foot 6 tall and aged 7 or older (passengers under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult).
- Able to climb into the basket using footholes and stand unassisted for a minimum of 45 minutes.
Please note if you weigh 18 stone or over there may be an additional supplement to pay direct to Virgin due to weight and space limitations. This is not covered in your bid to the hospice.
You cannot fly if you are pregnant or have recently undergone major surgery.
