Falklands Conservation's annual fundraising auction is on for 2025! This year we're holding both an online and live auction to offer everyone an exceptional chance to bid on our fabulous array of Falkland art and experiences.

These will both launch on Friday 19th September at 6:30pm (Falklands time, GMT -3).

Online Auction

A selection of amazing pieces will be available online only until 18:30 (Falklands time, GMT -3) on Sunday 28th SeptemberScroll through the available items here and place your bids!

Commissioned Bids/Live Auction

Some of our bigger items - including an Antarctica cruise! - will be reserved for the live auction, which will be taking place at our annual charity ball - shown by the 'Live auction' banner. But if you would like your chance to win one of these amazing works from afar, place a pre bid with the maximum amount you are prepared to pay before 18:00 on Friday 26th September (Falklands time, GMT -3), and you may outbid the live auction!

To place your pre bids on these pieces visit the exhibition in the Malvina House Hotel or fill out an online form here:

[Link will be provided soon!]

All of the items are on display at the bar of the Malvina House Hotel from Friday 19th September - we really would recommend seeing them in person to appreciate the detail and the scale of some of the pieces!

We will accept overseas bids, but please be aware that winners will be required to pay for postage on top of their winning bids and Falklands Conservation will not be responsible for any damage caused during transit.

The money raised goes to supporting the ongoing work of Falklands Conservation in the Islands; conserving the natural environment of the Falkland Islands for future generations.

Close.
When bidding on an auction item, if you enter more than the minimum increment for an item then your bid will be used for proxy bidding. This is how it works:
1. You enter the absolute maximum that you are willing to bid for an item.
2. jumblebee places a bid on your behalf, using the minimum amount required to make you the highest bidder, i.e. current bid price plus bid increment OR the reserve price, if there is one and it can be covered by your proxy bid.
3. jumblebee continues to bid on your behalf, whenever you are outbid by another member's bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded or the auction is won.
4. jumblebee will notify you by email if your maximum bid is outbid by another member and provided the auction is still running, you will then have a chance to enter a new maximum bid if you wish.
For example:
The current bid on an auction item is £100. The minimum increment is £10. You enter a bid of £150 (your maximum bid).
Using your bid, but increasing only by the minimum increment, jumblebee sets the current bid to £110.
Another person bids £130 but they are immediately outbid by jumblebee bidding on your behalf and the current bid goes up to £140.
The auction finishes and you have won the auction item at a price of £140.
