Set at Voice FM radio station in Southampton you will take part in a unique experience where you deliver a lunchtime quiz and introduce songs of your choice like a real presenter. Voice FM is a community radio station that is truly local to Southampton who broadcast 24/7 on 103.9FM.
You'll write your own quiz questions with guidance from station manager Xan, do some mic technique in Studio 2 and learn the basics of how programme scheduling works. There will be plenty of time to practise plus tips on how to sound confident. Then you'll have 50 minutes live on air with Xan to deliver your very own live show for any of your family and friends to listen to!
Your radio debut will also be recorded, so you'll have a chance to listen to it yourself at a later date, or even add it to your own You Tube channel or Social media account
