Welcome to the Bath Festival of Motoring 2026 “Silent Auction” which will run from Wednesday 1st April 2026 til 18.00pm on 14th July 2026

The aim of this event run by the Rotary  Club of Bath is to raise much needed funds by auction for the nominated charities. Please share details with your friends, family & business associates.

The money raised will be split between  Wiltshire  & Bath Air Ambulance and Freewheelers Blood Bikes  plus other charitable work that the Rotary Club of Bath supports. To place bids please click on the red “sign in” button and register your contact details.

You will then be able to place bids, by doing so you are committing to pay the current price plus the set increment for that lot. If successful you will see a “highest bid”message on screen and receive confirmation by e-mail.
Should you be outbid you’ll receive a message inviting you to bid again .
As with other on-line auctions you can set up “proxy bids” whereby the Jumblebee website will automatically re-bid you in for response to higher bids.
Please click on “proxy bids” for explanation of viewing individual lots.

Should you be successful  in bidding for any of the lots, you will receive an e-mail containing  details of payment together with other relevant info.
Lot winners will be contacted with collection/delivery details for their winning Lots, terms & conditions. All items too large to post to winning bidders by letter mail can be delivered providing the address is within 10 mile radius of Bath.
All items for delivery outside the 10 mile radius unless they can be delivered by letter mail, the winning bidder will need to arrange collection, such items are designated on the item posted on the auction site.
We would like to thank all the businesses and individuals that have kindly donated items for our auction and to thank you in advance for supporting this on-line event helping us to raise much needed funds for our local charities.

When bidding on an auction item, if you enter more than the minimum increment for an item then your bid will be used for proxy bidding. This is how it works:
1. You enter the absolute maximum that you are willing to bid for an item.
2. jumblebee places a bid on your behalf, using the minimum amount required to make you the highest bidder, i.e. current bid price plus bid increment OR the reserve price, if there is one and it can be covered by your proxy bid.
3. jumblebee continues to bid on your behalf, whenever you are outbid by another member's bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded or the auction is won.
4. jumblebee will notify you by email if your maximum bid is outbid by another member and provided the auction is still running, you will then have a chance to enter a new maximum bid if you wish.
For example:
The current bid on an auction item is £100. The minimum increment is £10. You enter a bid of £150 (your maximum bid).
Using your bid, but increasing only by the minimum increment, jumblebee sets the current bid to £110.
Another person bids £130 but they are immediately outbid by jumblebee bidding on your behalf and the current bid goes up to £140.
The auction finishes and you have won the auction item at a price of £140.
