The Marlow Bottom Pre-school CIO is a popular and successful pre-school in the heart of the community of Marlow Bottom, catering for the needs of children between 2 and 5 years of age. We provide a happy, warm and friendly environment where children can thrive and learn under the supervision of trained, caring and competent staff.

Established in the early 1960s, the pre-school was opened in the Village Hall to provide a happy and stimulating environment for the children of the community. In 1990, the pre-school became a parent-run pre-school and achieved charity status shortly afterwards.

As a charity, we rely on our fundraising activities to provide the vital extra money needed not only to buy equipment, toys and books but also to provide healthy eating snacks free of charge for all the children.  Funds can also help us to provide valuable resources to ensure we can offer our staff essential or necessary training which isn’t always funded by the local council such as understanding the Makaton language programme which can be a useful tool when communicating with young children. Our annual silent auction is one of these activities and it has previously raised a large amount of money.

We have a superb selection of items very kindly donated by local businesses which we hope you will bid generously on in order to continue our success this year.
