Every year Junior Shots Youth FC help's over 100 children discover and participate in Grass root football.

FIFA’s grassroots football programme targets boys and girls aged 6-12 BUT Junior Shots  work with 3-16 years through nursary and school, community and club initiatives.

The key concept of the programme is to bring together as many people as possible through football. The grassroots programme advocates exchanges and sharing human values and, of course, promotes the pleasure of practicing our marvelous sport.

For some people, grassroots football is a focus for recreational activities, while for others it is the organised practice of the sport, with training and matches, within club framework.

The essential elements of grassroots football are relationships, team spirit and fun. The concept of learning through play while being guided by a coach-educator is a specific approach designed to reach out to the young and create a process to connect to the future. The coach-educator must be dynamic, uncomplicated, passionate and motivational and must always respect the children’s physical, physiological and psychological characteristics.

Football is the main recreational activity of countless numbers of children around the world. It is an exceptional tool for social integration and an excellent means of expression. The Grassroots Programme offers everyone the chance to play football, without discrimination and without the need for major infrastructure.

Every Year we need the support of players, coaches, parents and local business to make sure we can keep our club open and help children not only discover the benefit of sport but the many social skills that come with it!

So this year we are asking that you participate in our auction and help a local club run by volunteers keep the Kids growing as individuals and gaining valuable life skills while having the most import thing.... FUN.

When bidding on an auction item, if you enter more than the minimum increment for an item then your bid will be used for proxy bidding. This is how it works:
1. You enter the absolute maximum that you are willing to bid for an item.
2. jumblebee places a bid on your behalf, using the minimum amount required to make you the highest bidder, i.e. current bid price plus bid increment OR the reserve price, if there is one and it can be covered by your proxy bid.
3. jumblebee continues to bid on your behalf, whenever you are outbid by another member's bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded or the auction is won.
4. jumblebee will notify you by email if your maximum bid is outbid by another member and provided the auction is still running, you will then have a chance to enter a new maximum bid if you wish.
For example:
The current bid on an auction item is £100. The minimum increment is £10. You enter a bid of £150 (your maximum bid).
Using your bid, but increasing only by the minimum increment, jumblebee sets the current bid to £110.
Another person bids £130 but they are immediately outbid by jumblebee bidding on your behalf and the current bid goes up to £140.
The auction finishes and you have won the auction item at a price of £140.
