Learn some valuable techniques to help with bad posture from Poppy, a personal trainer and qualifying Pilates instructor.  Help to loosen up tight chests and hip flexors and learn to improve hunched postures through the use of stretching and movement.

After the session you will be able to have   a short and relaxing shoulder and neck massage. Philip holds a Level 3 Sport and Remedial Massage therapy qualification and is looking forward to joining his partner Poppy, to bring his skills to use.
