Thank you for
supporting SHSPA's May Ball charity auction.
The auction is
now open and you can start bidding!
Online bidding
will close at 10am on Saturday 18th May, re-opening at the Ball itself and will then only be accessible from there.
If you’re unable
to attend the Ball but wish to bid on an item, you can place a proxy (maximum
bid) on this page. We will then carry your bid over to the main auction site on
the night and continue bidding on your behalf, up to your maximum. If your
bid is successful, we will contact you afterwards.
Proceeds from
the auction will be shared across the three amazing charities -
Cystic Fibrosis Trust, KidsAid, Thomas's Fund - and SHSPA.
Thank you to
everyone who has donated so generously and happy bidding!
Minimum bid is £549 (Bid increments are £50).
Enter a higher amount and we’ll bid up for you via proxy bidding

Villa de la Fontaine is set in charming Claviers - a tiny village in the Var region about an hour from Nice and Cannes.
Truly unspoilt, life moves very slowly in Claviers, mainly between the local bar, the village square and the boules pitch!
The villa is a 5 minute walk from the centre of the village which provides easy access to the boulangerie, 3 restaurants, bar and village shop.
The villa is very spacious and set over 2 floors – it has two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms – all of which have air conditioning. It is mainly set out on one floor, with a large salon/dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms and three of the bedrooms – two of which open out onto the terrace that surrounds the house. On the lower floor there is a further bedroom, bathroom and another kids' ‘salon’.
The villa has its own good-sized pool, with child proof fencing and pool side bar. The house is surrounded by terraced gardens and there are two separate outdoor covered eating areas.
The surrounding area has lots to see and do – there are beautiful villages to visit, vineyards to try out (it's in the centre of the rose region) and is within easy reach of Lac St Cassien and The Gorges de Verdun.
The villa is for 8 people for one week, subject to availability. Please note, it is not available in July and only for the week of Sun 4-Sat 10 in August.
If you have any questions about this lot, or would like more information, please contact SHSPA via the ‘Contact Administrator’ link on the home page.

SIGNED IN AS :
When bidding on an auction item, if you enter more than the minimum increment for an item then your bid will be used for proxy bidding. This is how it works:
1. You enter the absolute maximum that you are willing to bid for an item.
2. jumblebee places a bid on your behalf, using the minimum amount required to make you the highest bidder, i.e. current bid price plus bid increment OR the reserve price, if there is one and it can be covered by your proxy bid.
3. jumblebee continues to bid on your behalf, whenever you are outbid by another
member's bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded or the auction is won.
4. jumblebee will notify you by email if your maximum bid is outbid by another member and provided the auction is still running, you will then have a chance to enter a new
maximum bid if you wish.
For example:
The current bid on an auction item is £100. The minimum increment is £10. You enter a bid of £150 (your maximum bid).
Using your bid, but increasing only by the minimum increment, jumblebee sets the current bid to £110.
Another person bids £130 but they are immediately outbid by jumblebee bidding on your behalf and the current bid goes up to £140.
The auction finishes and you have won the auction item at a price of £140.
