Great Wessex Dinner raises over £100K in Online Auction
The Great Wessex Dinner was held on Saturday 4th October, during which nearly two hundred hosts held separate dinner parties throughout Dorset. During the evening over two thousand people logged on to jumblebee to bid on some amazing prizes which included several luxury holidays and a range of shooting and fishing experiences. amongst others. The auction monies raised reached a staggering £100,956.
Treloar’s Charity Gala Dinner & Silent Auction
jumblebee recently ran a silent auction in the lead up to Treloar's annual Mansion House fundraising dinner in London. Two students from Treloar School were the stars of the show. Amy and Beth sang solos as part of the entertainment, which included an address by Treloar’s patron, broadcaster and journalist Alastair Stewart OBE and a performance by the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. The sell-out event attracted 260 guests and raised over £25,000 for the charity.
