Coraline is a dark fantasy horror children's novel by British author Neil Gaiman. Gaiman started writing Coraline in 1990, and it was published in 2002 by Bloomsbury and HarperCollins. It was awarded the 2003 Hugo Award for Best Novella, the 2003 Nebula Award for Best Novel, and the 2002 Bram Stoker Award for Best Work for Young Readers. The Guardian ranked Coraline #82 in its list of 100 Best Books of the 21st Century. It was adapted as a 2009 stop-motion animated film, directed by Henry Selick under the same name.
Plot
Coraline Jones moves into a new apartment with her parents. As a curious and adventurous 9-year-old girl, Coraline quickly becomes bored of her new surroundings even though she has some eccentric neighbors to keep her company.
One rainy day, Coraline becomes interested in a strange door that opens up to a brick wall. Mysteriously, the brick wall vanishes the next day and the door leads to an eerie corridor. When Coraline explores it, she finds that on the other side is a parallel universe that is a mirror image of the one she just left behind. She finds an alternate version of her new home, inhabited by versions of her parents who call themselves her "Other Mother" and "Other Father".
When Coraline returns home from the parallel universe, she finds that her real parents have gone missing. She decides to go back to the parallel universe and look for them. Coraline undertakes several brave adventures in the Other universe as she battles the evil Other Mother. She ends up discovering the incredible strength within herself through these adventures.

Octavo, eleven engravings by Ladislav Hanka, black cloth with three quarter marble board front, fore and bottom edge uncut. One of 250 numbered copies signed by Campbell and artist Ladislav Hanka. A short ghost story specifically written for this publisher. David, a young boy, tries to navigate family tensions during a visit to his grandparents for the Christmas holidays. David's mother has recently been abandoned by her husband, and David's grandmother, who is struggling with dementia, obsesses over a plastic Santa Claus decoration coming loose from the roof of her house. The narrative slowly builds to a terrifying, ambiguous climax. THE DECORATIONS was later selected as the lead story by editor Stephen Jones for The Mammoth Book of Best New Horror (2006). A fine copy. A lovely example of hand letter pressed book in a fine binding.

Ramsey Campbell has been writing for well over fifty years. Two of his novels have been filmed, both for non-English-speaking markets.
Since he first came to prominence in the mid-1960s, critics have cited Campbell as one of the leading writers in his field: T. E. D. Klein has written that "Campbell reigns supreme in the field today", and Robert Hadji has described him as "perhaps the finest living exponent of the British weird fiction tradition", while S. T. Joshi stated, "future generations will regard him as the leading horror writer of our generation, every bit the equal of Lovecraft or Blackwood."
Illustrator:
Ladislav Hanka currently resides in Kalamazoo, MI. He was born in 1952 in an ethnic enclave of Cedar Rapids, Iowa as the son of recent exiles of Stalinist Czechoslovakia. He describes himself as a printmaker, draftsman and book artist. Ladislav has a long standing interest in the natural world and he received a BA in Biology and Liberal Arts and an MS in Zoology. The Evil Within
Two years after the death of his fiancée, Jim Hawkes quits his high-powered job in the City to rent a cottage in the Devon seeking some well-needed rest. But Slyford St James is far from a peaceful haven.Almost immediately he is plagued by strange noises in the attic and the figure of a little girl always just out of sight. But as Jim is haunted by the ghosts of his past and endangered by a real-world threat in the present, it soon becomes apparent that true evil never dies.
Evil Never Dies
When Jed receives a letter from an old friend, he is intrigued. Though he and Simon were like brothers during their army days, they have lost touch over the years. As Jed calls upon the spirit world, the results are dramatic, and a gruesome warning reveals dark and dangerous family secrets that threaten the safety of them all
Bio: S. M. Hardy grew up in South East London and worked in banking for many years before turning her attention to arboricultural management. Galina was born into a world of horrors. So why does she mourn its passing?
Shortlisted for the Impress Prize, longlisted for the Bath Novel Award and the Grindstone Novel Award
It is December 1941, and eight-year-old Galina and her friend Vera are caught in the siege of Leningrad, eating wallpaper soup and dead rats. Galina s artist father Mikhail has been kept away from the front to help save the treasures of the Hermitage. Its cellars could provide a safe haven, as long as Mikhail can survive the perils of a commission from one of Stalin s colonels.
Three decades on, Galina is a teacher at the Leningrad Art Institute. What ought to be a celebratory weekend at her forest dacha turns sour when she makes an unwelcome discovery. The painting she starts that day will hold a grim significance for the rest of her life, as the old Soviet Union makes way for the new Russia and her world changes out of all recognition.
Warm, wise and utterly enthralling, Molly Gartland s debut novel guides us from the old communist era, with its obvious terrors and its more surprising comforts, into the bling of 21st-century St Petersburg. Galina s story is an insightful meditation on ageing and nostalgia as well as a compelling page-turner.
Author Bio:
Originally from Michigan, Molly Gartland worked in Moscow from 1994 to 2000 and has been fascinated by Russian culture ever since.
She has an MA in Creative Writing from St Mary’s University, Twickenham and lives in London.

I grew up on Walney, a small island off the coast of Cumbria where I spent lots of time huddled on blustery beaches with a book or three.

After a long spell in the Netherlands and five gloriously spooky years in Edinburgh, I now live in Stirlingshire with my husband and our very naughty hound. When I'm not writing, I can be found scoping out creepy settings for my next book or exploring the nearby hills.

Title: 'It's A Long Way To The Moon'
Genre: Children's Fiction (Ages 2-6 years)
Format: Paperback
Dedication Available: YES
Postage & Packaging: FREE
Bids Accepted: UK Only
Twitter: https://twitter.com/TetreaultBlay
Book Blurb:
Chris Tetreault-Blay's `It's a Long Way to the Moon' is a heart-warming, inspirational rhyming picture book that follows the exploits of a moth with just one dream - to fly to the moon. Along with help from some lovable animal friends, he discovers an easier way to accomplish his goal, and invites children along for the ride. Taking its cues from the works of such greats as Julia Donaldson and Eric Carle, Tetreault-Blay's creation is set to become a classic in itself.
Author Bio:
Being a fan of horror film & fiction, sci-fi and heavy metal, Chris Tetreault-Blay naturally worked towards his own novel whilst writing three different short stories - all of which will have morphed in some way to form what eventually became The Wildermoor Apocalypse trilogy. Upon discovering and taking part in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) 2014, Chris was finally given the chance to bring all of the pieces together to write the first in this series – his debut novel, ‘Acolyte’.
Chris' role as a father and his enjoyment of reading bedtime stories to his children inspired him to finally try his hand at writing a children's book of his own, resulting in his debut offering 'It's A Long Way to The Moon' in 2019. Drawing on Chris' own love of Julia Donaldson and Eric Carle's work, the story follows the adorable Little Brown Moth on his mission to achieve his dream - and fly to the moon!
Chris also became a podcaster during the pandemic, where he is currently the producer and host of four different series, each following one of his passions in life.
Originally hailed from Basingstoke, Chris moved to sunny Devon after graduating from Staffordshire University in 2005, where he lives with his wife and twin children.

Their mother, Cathy, had hoped to escape to a simpler life; instead the family find themselves isolated and shunned by their neighbours. At the height of the stifling summer, unexplained noises and occurrences in the house begin to disturb the family, until they intrude on every waking moment .
Now. Loo, now Lucy, is called back to her childhood home. A group of strangers are looking to discover the truth about the house and the people who lived there. But is Lucy ready to confront what really happened all those years ago?
Book2 Blurb :
Nell Galilee, her husband and twelve year old step-daughter Maude rent a holiday cottage by the sea, needing time and space away from home. Nell grew up in this small, wind-blown town and has mixed feelings about returning, and it isn't long before she is recognised by a neighbour, seemingly desperate to befriend her. The cottage has been empty for some time, and from the start Nell feels uncomfortable there. Something isn't quite right about this place . . . Maude, furious about being brought here against her will, soon finds herself beguiled by the house's strange atmosphere. There are peculiar marks in the roof beams above her bedroom, and in another room, a hiding place, concealing a strange, unnerving object. As the house gradually reveals its secrets, Nell becomes increasingly uneasy - and Maude spellbound. But these women - and the women that surround them - are harbouring their own secrets too, and soon events will come to a terrible head . . .
Now. Loo, now Lucy, is called back to her childhood home. A group of strangers are looking to discover the truth about the house and the people who lived there. But is Lucy ready to confront what really happened all those years ago?

Title: Eighteen Seconds: a shocking and gripping memoir of horror, forgiveness and love
Genre: Memoir
Format: Paperback
Dedication Available: YES

Book Blurb:
My mother once said to me, ‘I wish you could feel the way I do for eighteen seconds. Just eighteen seconds, so you’d know how awful it is.’
I thought about it. Realised we could all learn from being in another person’s head for eighteen seconds. Eighteen seconds inside Grandma Roberts’ head as she sat alone with her evening cup of tea, us girls upstairs in bed. Eighteen seconds inside one-year-old Colin’s head when he woke up in a foster home without his family. Eighteen seconds inside the head of a girl waiting for her bedroom door to open.
Writer, Louise Beech, looks back on the events that led to the day her mother wrote down her last words, then jumped off the Humber Bridge. She missed witnessing the horror herself by minutes.
Louise recounts the pain and trauma of her childhood alongside her love for her siblings with a delicious dark humour and a profound voice of hope for the future.
Author Bio:
Louise's debut novel, How to be Brave, was a Guardian Readers' pick in 2015 and a top ten bestseller on Amazon. The Mountain in my Shoe longlisted for the Guardian's Not The Booker Prize 2016. The Sunday Mirror called Maria in the Moon 'quirky, darkly comic, original and heartfelt'. It was also a Must Read in the Sunday Express and a Book of the Year at LoveReadingUK. The Lion Tamer Who Lost was described as 'engrossing and captivating' by the Daily Express. It also shortlisted for the RNA's Romantic Novel of the Year and longlisted for the Polari Prize 2019. Call Me Star Girl hit number one on Kobo. It also longlisted for the Not The Booker Prize and won the Best magazine Big Book Award 2019. This Is How We Are Human was a Clare Mackintosh August Book of the Month 2021. Audiobook memoir Daffodils came out in 2022, and novel Nothing Else too. Her memoir is coming in paperback as Eighteen Seconds April 2023.

Author Bio::
Did you ever have an itch you couldn’t scratch, a feeling that you’re supposed to be doing something else, something bigger with your life? Something that would touch the souls of the rest of mankind and justify your place amongst them, but you just couldn’t put your finger on what? I spent the best part of 40 years looking for the answer and low and behold, I finished up back where I started - writing. I sometimes question why I didn’t just turn in the opposite direction, I would have got there straight away, but my path led me away from writing when I was just a teenager, because I lacked the confidence to pursue the dream. Reminiscing one day, the thought occurred to me that if I had found writing back then, I wouldn’t have taken the journeys that led me to write The Hidden Saga.
My name is Serina Hartwell. I’m the mother of two wonderful children, who grew up so quickly. I come from an average size town in West Yorkshire, England. The same place where the Bronte sisters were born, and I am from the village in the mill town I write about.
Growing up in an industrial town, and coming from a working-class background, I was surrounded by the mills that were once the life’s blood of the community. Decrepit and falling into disrepair, they still overshadow the place where I lived as a child, serving as a stark reminder that our town once thrived. I watched as one by one, the mills went out of business and closed, serving to inspire my story, while changing the landscape around me.
It was only recently that I found my way back to writing. In August 2010, I had the most intense urge to write. It came from nowhere, so I did the only thing I could, I borrowed my daughter’s laptop. I didn’t even know at the time if I could write. The last creative thing I wrote was at school. I didn’t know if I could connect with the page, let alone complete a book, but one thing is for sure, I haven’t stopped writing since, nor do I intend to. So, allow me to introduce you to my work. May I begin by introducing Bronte Hughes in The Hidden Saga? I hope you enjoy Hidden and the many more to come.

Book Blurb:
Il Lupo is a supernatural thriller set against a backdrop of the stresses of modern life and the human condition.
When Nick Frobisher's father reveals he is dying, Nick reconnects with his old friend Charlie Mortimer. Now wracked with grief, Nick invites Charlie to join him on a trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy.
When they arrive, it becomes clear that Charlie is suffering with anxiety and panic attacks, yet a self-medicating Frobisher steers them into harm's way. Bar fights, a night in the cells, drunken behaviour, and Charlie's anxiety only increases. Just when it seems things can't go much worse, they do, as Nick and Charlie find themselves confronting a man who is believed to be a werewolf. This man's name is Telemaco Russo, and wherever he goes, trouble follows.
Now, with the full moon approaching, Charlie must find a way to protect those he loves, and save his own soul - but first, he must take on Telemaco, and somehow survive the experience.
Il Lupo takes us to some of the most breathtaking locations imaginable, from the extraordinary beauty of the Amalfi Coast, to the rugged Highlands of Scotland, and the incredible ruins of Pompeii in the shadow of the brooding Mount Vesuvius.
Follow in the footsteps of Charlie and Frobisher as they face up to the stresses of modern life and a curse as ancient as the hills.
Author Bio:
Gregory Alexander Sharp is a professional services executive who has worked for some of the world's best known tech and consulting companies. He's always been something of a storyteller, and a huge fan of the supernatural tales that made his spine tingle as a boy.
Il Lupo, his first published novel, draws on Greg's love for the classic Hollywood horror movies (think Bela Lugosi, Lon Chaney Jnr, and of course, Boris Karloff), but also on his own personal experiences with loss, and grief, and anxiety. Woven together with a real sense of pace, building tension and jeopardy, and with a smattering of Greg's sense of humour, Il Lupo is the first book he has always wanted to write.

The year is 1982.
This town has a distinct border, the good side and the shady side, where the townspeople battle rats for scraps of food. Mario used to live among the rich, but he now resides on the wrong side of the tracks thanks to the father who left him behind. Worst of all, he’s mourning his mother’s death and what he thinks is the loss of his lifelong dream, becoming a chef.
After meeting Dito who owns "Dean's Pizzeria", things are finally changing for Mario. Until Tess enters his life – the beautiful, mysterious stranger who lives in a luxury high rise. But there’s something off, something she’s hiding, something dark.
Some borders aren’t meant to be crossed.
"Sultry, Is the Night", is for anyone who has ever felt like they didn't belong.

WELCOME TO LONDON
Population seven million • 99.9% of them dead • the survival of the rest balanced on a knife-edge
THE WORLD IS DEAD
Two months ago, billions of people were killed by a deadly germ. Days later, they rose up again in massive numbers. Since then, cities worldwide have become corpse-filled, rat-infested, germ-choked hellholes.
A group of people are trapped in central London, hopelessly outnumbered by the dead. They hear rumours of a safe haven in the north – a self-sufficient community where people from across the country have gathered to try and rebuild their lives. But the decaying ruins of the capital are vast and sprawling, and they’re going to need an army to get away from this place.
There are other people here, waiting in the shadows to be found. Can enough of them band together to make a difference, or has the country – maybe even the entire world – already been lost to the dead?
Author Bio:
David Moody sold the film rights to his novel HATER to Mark Johnson (producer, Breaking Bad) and Guillermo Del Toro (director, The Shape of Water, Pan's Labyrinth). His seminal zombie novel AUTUMN was made into a movie starring Dexter Fletcher and David Carradine. Moody has an unhealthy fascination with the end of the world and likes to write books about ordinary folks going through absolute hell. The Book:
LONG-LISTED FOR THE 2022 PORTICO PRIZE
Jeff Young takes us on a journey through haunted places of memory and loss, summoning the ghosts of loved ones and long-departed heroes who somehow still occupy the disappearing nooks and ruins of the city. Walking through the last remnants of the places he remembers from his childhood, walking through grief, we are accompanied by a Liverpool of revenants, where Malcolm Lowry drinks in derelict saloons, Thomas De Quincey still roams the Everton hills, Bob Dylan sits in a doorway on Dublin Street, and where visionary architects, poets, punks and dreamers act out a bittersweet shadowplay of longing and loss.
Ghost Town is a deeply personal book of remembering and forgetting, yet when we cross its threshold we also discover the labyrinth of a master storyteller, whose unforgettable characters gather in our thoughts like moths around lamplight.
This new paperback edition contains 16 full colour pages from Jeff’s notebooks
The Author:
Jeff Young is a Liverpool based scriptwriter, poet and lecturer who has written many scripts for theatre, radio and TV. Format: Paperback

Website: https://ruthhogan.co.uk

Madame Burova - Tarot Reader, Palmist and Clairvoyant is retiring and leaving her booth on the Brighton seafront after fifty years.
Imelda Burova has spent a lifetime keeping other people's secrets and her silence has come at a price. She has seen the lovers and the liars, the angels and the devils, the dreamers and the fools. Her cards had unmasked them all and her cards never lied. But Madame Burova is weary of other people's lives and other people's secrets, she needs rest and a little piece of life for herself. Before that, however, she has to fulfill a promise made a long time ago. She holds two brown envelopes in her hand, and she has to deliver them.
In London, it is time for another woman to make a fresh start. Billie has lost her university job, her marriage, and her place in the world when she discovers something that leaves her very identity in question. Determined to find answers, she must follow a trail which might just lead right to Madame Burova's door.
The Author:
I was born in the house where my parents still live in Bedford: my sister was so pleased to have a sibling that she threw a thrupenny bit at me. As a child I read everything I could lay my hands on: The Moomintrolls, A Hundred Million Francs, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, the back of cereal packets and gravestones. I was mad about dogs and horses, but didn't like daddy-long-legs or sugar in my tea.
I studied English and Drama at Goldsmiths College which was brilliant, but then I came home and got a 'proper' job. I worked for ten years in a senior local government position (I was definitely a square peg in a round hole, but it paid the bills and mortgage) before a car accident left me unable to work full-time and convinced me to start writing seriously. It was going well, but then in 2012 I got cancer, which was bloody inconvenient but precipitated an exciting hair journey from bald to a peroxide blonde Annie Lennox crop. When chemo kept me up all night I passed the time writing and the eventual result was The Keeper of Lost Things.
I live in a chaotic Victorian house with an assortment of rescue dogs and my long-suffering partner (who has very recently become my husband - so I can't be that bad!) I am a magpie, always collecting treasures, and a huge John Betjeman fan. My favourite word is 'antimacassar' and I still like reading gravestones

This is the story of Star who makes special cakes; cakes that help you feel confident for that all important job interview or cakes that ease a broken heart. She has quite the following on social media but when a celebrity food critic nearly dies after eating one of Star's cakes, Star needs to escape from the ensuing press attention and the mysterious, private Midnight Village is the best place to do just that. But what she finds is a village full of witches, a thirty year old curse that somehow she is heavily linked to and the gorgeously sexy mayor who she finds herself mysteriously betrothed to. Add in a lot of nosy villagers, an interfering cat, a potions club and the preparations for the Winter Solstice celebration and you've got a gorgeously enchanting witchy romance that sparkles with magic and love.
Author Bio:
Holly lives in a little white cottage by the sea. She studied media at university which led to a very glitzy career as a hotel receptionist followed by a even more glamorous two years working in a bank. The moment that one of her colleagues received the much coveted carriage clock for fifteen years’ service was the moment when she knew she had to escape. She quit her job and returned to university to train to be a teacher. Three years later, she emerged wide eyed and terrified that she now had responsibility for the development of thirty young minds. She taught for four years and then escaped the classroom to teach history workshops, dressing up as a Viking one day and an Egyptian High Priestess the next. But the long journeys around the UK and many hours sat on the M25 gave her a lot of time to plan out her stories and she now writes full time, doing what she loves.

Her short story won the Sunlounger competition and was published in the Sunlounger anthology. She won the Carina Valentine’s competition at the Festival of Romance with her novel The Guestbook. There is something in the stones, something ancient and dark that will never let you go…
Evie Meyer and her son Alfie flee from her abusive partner to spend New Year with her half-brother Luke at their late father’s summer home on the Suffolk Coast, only to find Seahurst abandoned and Luke missing. Evie searches for her brother, filled with a deepening dread that something is very wrong at Seahurst and their father’s death may not have been suicide after all.
As Seahurst’s ancient and sinister secrets unfurl around her, Evie fears the souls of the dead will soon claim another terrible revenge.
Author Bio:
I live in an old house, mostly Georgian in style, although it was built a couple of years after Queen Victoria came to the throne. It has beautiful but draughty sash windows and floorboards that creak when I’m home alone. When doors click shut of their own accord, we put it down to the ill-fitting windows. That’s what we try to believe.
Our home inspired my first novel, Haverscroft. The story centres around a family trying to stay together as the parents’ marriage struggles to survive infidelity. Life gets much more complicated once they move to a new home for a fresh start. No one told them Haverscroft House was haunted.
Alongside the supernatural and psychological suspense, domestic noir threads run through my writing, fuelled by my many experiences as a family law solicitor. Dysfunctional family relationships and long-held dark secrets weave their way between the hauntings.
My second novel, Seahurst, is set on the Suffolk coast. The area is famous for its folklore, tales of Black Shuck and towns lost beneath the North Sea — all fabulous inspiration alongside abandoned abbeys and castle ruins. I was born in the county and spent my childhood on the beaches, running along narrow, sandy paths that crisscross the heathlands and thread through the dunes. The vast empty skies, mudflats and whispering reed beds have inspired writers over centuries. What better setting could there be for a contemporary haunted house ghost story?
Haverscroft was long-listed for Not The Booker Prize, was one of Den Of Geek’s best books of 2019, a semi-finalist in the Book Bloggers Novel of the Year Award 2020, and a Halloween recommended read in Prima Magazine.

Book 1 Blurb: The Black Feathers
Where ghosts tread, black feathers fall . . .
When Annie marries widower Edward Stonehouse and arrives at Guardbridge, his estate on the Yorkshire moors, she thinks she has finally put darkness behind her.
She is mistaken.
Edward's sister, Iris, lives in the family home. Both a taxidermist and medium, she urges Annie to watch out for black feathers - claiming that they mark the spot where a spirit has visited.
At first, Annie dismisses her warnings. But, before long, she begins to feel haunted.
What exactly happened to Edward's first wife? Why is Iris so troubled?
And should Annie really be watching for signs from the dead - or is she the one being watched?
SET ON THE YORKSHIRE MOORS IN THE 1800S, THE BLACK FEATHERS IS A GHOSTLY TALE OF MAGIC AND WICKEDNESS.
Book 2 Blurb: The Whistling
Alone in the world, Elspeth Swansome has taken the position of nanny to a family on the remote Scottish island of Skelthsea.
Her charge, Mary, is a troubled child. Distracted and secretive, she hasn't uttered a word since the sudden death of her twin, William - just days after their former nanny disappeared.
With Mary defiantly silent, Elspeth turns to the islanders. But no one will speak of what happened to William. Just as no one can explain the hypnotic lullabies sung in empty corridors. Nor the strange dolls that appear in abandoned rooms.
Nor the faint whistling that comes in the night . . .
As winter draws in and passage to the mainland becomes impossible, Elspeth finds herself trapped.
But is this house haunted by the ghosts of the past?
OR THE SECRETS OF THE LIVING..?
Author Bio:
Rebecca Netley grew up as part of an eccentric family in a house full of books and music, and these things have fed her passions.
Family and writing remain at the heart of Rebecca's life. She lives in Reading with her husband, sons and an over-enthusiastic dog, who gives her writing tips.

Genre: MG Horror/Mystery
Format: Paperback
Dedication Available: Yes
Postage & Packaging; FREE
Bids Accepted: UK Only
Website: https://emmareadauthor.com
Twitter: https://twitter.com/emmydee73
Book Blurb: The Housetrap is a spooky, Scooby Doo-esque adventure where four almost-friends find themselves trapped in a strange house in the woods. The house is set for an escape room style party but for some reason it doesn’t want to let the kids go … it has other plans for them. The team have to unravel multiple mysteries and at the same time attempt to solve the puzzles and riddles left by the architect of the house, in a desperate effort to escape. The only thing they have in their favour is that they are alone in there …
Or are they?
For readers 9+ who like mystery, puzzles, adventure, and the odd jump scare.
In addition to the creepy words (by me) the illustrations on the cover and interior are by Coralie
Author Bio: Emma Read is the author of The Housetrap, and the Milton series (Chicken House), including Milton the Mighty, one of The Times Best Children’s Books of 2019 and shortlisted for the Bath Children’s Novel Award.
She loves all things spooky (and spidery!) and can often be found walking through her local graveyard … but only in daylight. Like Mark Gatiss, she doesn’t believe in ghosts, but is scared of them.

Book Blurb:
‘None of this was true! People didn’t grow claws; their eyes didn’t glow. And Kate wouldn’t shoot me: she loved me.’
Evie Wilder just found out she's a werewolf. Now her mom's gone missing, she has to go into hiding, and there's not a single helpful vampire slayer to be found. With the help of Kevin, the dorky-hot manager of the guesthouse where she and her sister lie low, Evie starts to harness her wolfish side. But there's something weird about Kevin ...
Meanwhile, animal attacks are increasing, local teens are going missing, and Evie is about to find herself at the centre of a supernatural showdown.
Author Bio: Aislinn O'Loughlin grew up in Dublin on a diet of fairy tales and horror stories – often at the same time (her biggest fear was the Big Bad Wolf escaping his story to eat her).
After writing several books in her teens, Aislinn worked as a storyteller and creative-writing teacher before moving to Toronto, where she sometimes took her kids to daycare in a sled (yes, really)! These days, she lives in Waterford with her scientist husband, three brilliant children and two evil genius cats. The Big Bad Wolf is welcome any time.

Genre: Paranormal romance
Format: Paperback
Dedication available: YES
Post and Packing: FREE
Bids accepted: UK only
Website: https://katekenzie.com
Twitter: https://twitter.com/kakenzie101
Book Blurb:
A witch cannot exist on potions and tea alone.
Hiding in the shadows, staunch singleton Willow Anderson is content running her successful business, The Enchanted Emporium. With Christmas days away, she’s eager to exchange selling bespoke tea blends and spells for extended bubble baths and binge-watching festive movies snuggled next to her Maine Coon, Vincent.
Nate never usually runs away from his problems, but drunk and disorientated, he finds himself in a small fisherman’s cottage in the Yorkshire coastal town of Whitby. After discovering his girlfriend’s affair, he is in no rush to return to the City. His wish for time alone in a Christmas-free zone comes true until an uninvited feline guest arrives.
Neither Nate nor Willow want company, especially from each other, but they have little choice when concussion means they must spend at least twenty-four hours together. Sparks fly and not just the romantic kind. When darkness from Willow’s past returns and threatens to destroy all she has worked for, pursuing a love affair is the last thing she needs.
With meddling ghosts and a teenage apprentice with her own matchmaking agenda, love and change are in the air.
But can Willow face her fears, and the past, to capture the happiness she deserves?
Author Bio:
Kate Kenzie may not be Yorkshire born and bred, but it’s where her heart is and why her fictional worlds are set in the Moors and her favourite haunt, Whitby. Creator of the Enchanted Emporium and its residents, she blogs book reviews and author interviews at The Enchanted Emporium Bookshelf.
Part-time writer, and full-time dreamer, if she’s not reading from her over flowing TBR pile, she is writing or drinking tea. Like many, she always dreamed of being an author but notebooks of half-finished novels and children’s stories were pushed aside in adulthood until a random Facebook conversation rekindled her passion for world building. By receiving a bursary for the RNA New Writer’s Scheme, she found her tribe.
Awarded the Katie Fforde bursary this year, she writes romantic and paranormal fiction, especially witch lit.
Her short story, The Ghost Writer is available in an anthology, Byline Legacies by Cardigan Press.

An apprehensive Jos Ferguson travels from Edinburgh to northern Tanzania to visit the house her Uncle Peter built before he died. But Peter isn't as dead as he should be... he was murdered, and he wants his niece to help him exact revenge upon his killer. A beautiful house. A horrible death. A brilliant revenge.
Who knew death could be so lively?

Book Blurb:
Lilian, a thirteen-year-old factory worker in an industrialising town plagued by a serial killer, can see an invisible affliction within other people. When her search for her missing best friend ends with a confrontation with a demon — and learning that the affliction turns humans into demons — another demon named Lucian saves her life and promises answers. Her first clue is that demons are responsible for the many murders. Unfortunately, Lilian’s new lead has problems of his own — Demon Hunters, who claim Lucian is the serial killer and who see Lilian as an accessory.
Can her ability to communicate with these creatures be used to solve the crimes? Or will her connection to the Netherworld prove to be her own undoing…
Author Bio:
I write novels of the dark and terrifying kind: gaslamp fantasy, horror and dark fantasy with demons, ghosts and vampires. I like to throw ghostly folklore in there as well.
My first foray into creative writing happened in 2008, when I participated in a text-based roleplay. I added fanfiction and short stories to that soon after. I took this hobby to the extreme, and by 2012 it occurred to me that I was writing novel-length stories. I had also developed several original characters and storylines by then. I wrote my first novel in 2018, an unpublished historical fiction. My real debut came in 2023 with Night Demon, a grimdark horror story combining gaslamp fantasy and dark fantasy.
My other hobbies are history and languages. All my stories have a historical setting, and I love exploring earlier times in combination with fantasy (most often dark) elements. Language is another crucial factor that goes into my writing, and that goes beyond just the words on the page. I enjoyed creating a fully-fledged constructed language (conlang) called Elilim for Night Demon.
What do I do when I'm not writing the next instalment of Night Demon or some other (gaslamp fantasy) story? I spend my days writing even more as a content writer! I currently live in the Netherlands, with plans to see more of the world soon.

Title: The Haunting of Aveline Jones
Genre: Children Middle Grade Horror/Ghost
Format: Paperback
Dedication Available: YES
Postage & Packaging: FREE
Bids Accepted: Global
Twitter: https://twitter.com/Hickesy
Book Blurb:
Aveline Jones loves reading ghost stories, so a dreary half-term becomes much more exciting when she discovers a spooky old book. Not only are the stories spine-tingling, but it once belonged to Primrose Penberthy, who vanished mysteriously, never to be seen again. Intrigued, Aveline decides to investigate Primrose's disappearance.
Now someone... or something, is stirring. And it is looking for Aveline.
Author Bio:
Hello, my name’s Phil Hickes and I’m the author of The Haunting of Aveline Jones, which will be published by Usborne in September.
I was born in Oldham, near Manchester, and grew up in a house that overlooked a graveyard. It explains a lot, I think, because ever since I’ve been fascinated by ghostly stuff. It was all I ever wanted to read, watch – and later write – about. The other part of my childhood was spent near Bristol. I’ve been lucky enough to live in Wales, Ireland, New Zealand and the USA, which is where I live today – in the Pacific Northwest. It’s misty, rainy and smells of pine and sometimes you hear coyotes howling at night. But I miss the UK a lot and hope to come back someday. I like reading, watching films, being outdoors, being indoors, playing the guitar and eating pizza.

When bidding on an auction item, if you enter more than the minimum increment for an item then your bid will be used for proxy bidding. This is how it works:
1. You enter the absolute maximum that you are willing to bid for an item.
2. jumblebee places a bid on your behalf, using the minimum amount required to make you the highest bidder, i.e. current bid price plus bid increment OR the reserve price, if there is one and it can be covered by your proxy bid.
3. jumblebee continues to bid on your behalf, whenever you are outbid by another member's bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded or the auction is won.
4. jumblebee will notify you by email if your maximum bid is outbid by another member and provided the auction is still running, you will then have a chance to enter a new maximum bid if you wish.
For example:
The current bid on an auction item is £100. The minimum increment is £10. You enter a bid of £150 (your maximum bid).
Using your bid, but increasing only by the minimum increment, jumblebee sets the current bid to £110.
Another person bids £130 but they are immediately outbid by jumblebee bidding on your behalf and the current bid goes up to £140.
The auction finishes and you have won the auction item at a price of £140.
