We are excited to announce this online auction to raise money for the children at Clifford.
This is a unique event where you can donate and bid on some fantastic and unique items and experiences - all from the comfort of home. There's something for everyone and every budget - take a punt and make a bid, and we'll let you know if you've been outbid so you can try again.
Every penny will go into the PTFA fund which supports the school in providing essential equipment, events and experiences for the children at school. From entire school day trips to outdoor activity centres, music lessons and outdoor learning equipment, the PTFA play a crucial role in our children's everyday education.
We have lots of exclusive items you can bid on, don't miss out on some unique items, experiences and perhaps some perfect gifts.
HOW TO BID

A fabulous box of mixed meat from Upper Court Farm to the value of £60
Upper Court Farm produces wheat, barley, oats, and beans, which we use to feed our prize-winning cattle as they graze our lush green pastures alongside our sheep. These same crops also go into making our own brand of animal feed – UC Feeds – which we supply to local beef and sheep farmers.
Thanks to the combination of traditional and commercial breeds we rear and the high-quality feed we produce ourselves, we’re able to offer beautifully tender meat with a rich, natural flavour. Join us for this one-day introduction to working with clay where you will have the opportunity to try out some throwing, hand-building and surface decoration.
You will spend a couple of hours with each of our teachers, learning how to centre and throw a pot with Nancy Frost and trying out hand building and decorating a vessel with Gracie Price.
In this session you will make four pieces to be fired at the end of the workshop. Any additional pieces can be fired for £4 per item.
The course includes everything you will need on the day including a dedicated wheel space during throwing, clay and decorating materials, and most importantly snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
Please bring along something for lunch as this is not provided. There will be access to a kettle and fridge and you are welcome to picnic in our wonderful walled garden.
Your finished work will be available to collect or post after 6-8 weeks (weather dependent). Postage can be booked when your pieces are ready.
