• All Bids are Final: Submitting a high bid is a contract to purchase. 
• All Sales are Final: Out of consideration to our generous donors, there are no returns or exchanges. 
• Payment Terms: online payment by secure payment debit or credit card, you will receive payment link with confirmation of your winning bid.
• All items must be paid in full before being claimed. 
• All items are located in London, further delivery and packaging costs are not included. We will contact you to coordinate the delivery/pick up.
